We can’t wait to meet your special friend! Follow these steps to make sure they arrive safely and ready for their spa day.

Because we receive stuffies at a PO Box, all shipments must go through USPS. If you’d prefer UPS or FedEx, let us know. In the winter, a physical shipping address is not available.

Protect

Wrap them up

Start by placing your stuffie inside a plastic bag like a grocery bag, garbage bag, or anything similar works great. This protects them from any moisture during their journey to Vermont.

If you’d like to add a little extra cushioning, you’re welcome to wrap them gently in newspaper, tissue paper, or kitchen towel before placing them in the box or poly mailer.

Pack

Choose your box or mailer

You can ship in either a box or a poly mailer, whichever feels more secure for your stuffie. If you can keep the package around 12 inches or less by gently squeezing or folding them, that can help keep shipping costs down. That said, stuffies are typically lightweight so size doesn’t usually affect the price much unless it is an oversized plush.

Include

Tuck a note inside

To make sure your stuffie is matched with the right family, please include a handwritten or printed note in the box with the following:

  • Your name
  • Your return address
  • Your email or phone number for updates
  • Your stuffie’s name

Ship

Choose your shipping option

Shipping costs to the Snuggle Spa are your responsibility, so choose whichever option works best for your timeline and budget. Both include tracking, and USPS automatically includes coverage for lost or damaged packages.

USPS Ground Advantage
The most budget-friendly option. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days and includes tracking.
USPS Priority Mail
Faster delivery in 2–4 business days. Includes tracking and a bit more coverage. Great if you’re on a tighter timeline.

Return shipping back to you will be arranged by us and included in your final invoice.
