✦ Because every stuffie is different, one hour of extra repair care is included in every treatment. This covers small holes, eye or nose replacement labor, toe strings, and other well-loved details. Nothing will be done without your permission.
What’s included
Every tier includes the full treatment
—Hand wash with special soak, double or triple wash, and rinse & refresh
—Up to 48 hours of drying time
—One hour of repair care (holes, eye/nose labor, toe strings, and other details)
—Restuffing to your preference with new fluff or a combination of cleaned original and new
—Thorough brush out
—Before, during, and after photos including a side-by-side comparison
Additional costs
A few things billed separately
The treatment tier covers everything listed above. The following are additional and will be discussed during your consultation or communicated before any work begins:
—Material costs such as replacement eyes, noses, or other parts
—Additional labor beyond the included 1 hour
—Shipping to the Snuggle Spa (your responsibility)
—Return shipping home (calculated and included in your final invoice)
Deposit & payment
How payment works

Deposit at booking
A $20 deposit is collected when you book your spot. This is applied directly to your total. It is not an extra fee.

Final balance after the spa
Once your stuffie is clean, restored, and photographed, we’ll send your final invoice. Your deposit is already deducted. Payment is due before return shipping is arranged.
