Every stuffie that comes through the Snuggle Spa gets our full attention from start to finish.
You will receive pictures at every stage of the journey so you will always know what is going on.
Here is what to expect.
Arrival
They arrive safe and sound
The moment your stuffie is unboxed, we photograph them and send you a photo right away. You’ll know they made it safely before anything else happens.
Before bath time, they get a thorough once-over. We check their condition, take their before pictures, and carefully unstuff them to prepare for cleaning. If we spot anything unexpected during the inspection, we’ll reach out before moving forward so there are no surprises.
The Bath
A very thorough, very gentle bath
Bath time is the heart of the Snuggle Spa experience and we take it seriously. Each stuffie receives a hand wash with special soaks scrubs depending on their fur, age, soil level and how delicate they are. We want to make sure they come out clean, soft, and smelling wonderful.
We use carefully chosen soaps and treatments and try to use unscented products whenever possible. If you or your child has any soap sensitivities or allergies, please let us know before your stuffie arrives and we’ll make sure to accommodate.
🛁 Bath time takes about one hour per stuffie. This is hands-on, careful work. We send you several photos of the process so you can see them mid-spa.
Rest & Dry
Up to 48 hours of rest
After their bath, stuffies need time. We allow up to 48 hours of drying time to make sure every bit of moisture is completely gone before the next step. Rushing this part isn’t something we’re willing to do.
You’ll receive a photo on drying day so you can see them resting and fluffing.
Restore
Repairs, restuffing & a thorough brush out
Once fully dry, the real transformation happens. Any needed repairs are completed, and then they’re restuffed. We follow your preferences so they come back feeling exactly how you want them to.
After restuffing they get a thorough brush out (depending on their fur level) to bring their fur or fabric back to life. Then it’s time for their after pictures! We put together a side-by-side comparison so you can really see the transformation.
Coming Home
Final payment & heading home
Once you’ve seen the after photos and you’re happy with how everything turned out, the final balance is due. After payment is received, your stuffie is carefully packed up and mailed back to you for many more adventures. 🌟
