Their spa visit in Vermont is over and they are ready to come home to you.

Here is what happens next.

Payment

Your final invoice arrives

Once your stuffie’s after photos are taken and the side-by-side transformation is ready, we’ll send over your final invoice. This includes your remaining balance (your $20 deposit has already been applied) plus return shipping.

Once payment is received, we get them packed up and on their way home to you.

Packing

Packed up with a little extra love

Your stuffie doesn’t leave here without a proper send-off. Tucked into their box they’ll find a handwritten thank you note, a Second Snuggles sticker, and (more often than not) a little bow to mark the occasion.

We ship via USPS and will send you the tracking number as soon as the label is created so you know exactly when to expect them.

The Homecoming

Make it a moment

If this stuffie belongs to a little one, consider making the unboxing a moment. Let them open it themselves, or do a slow reveal. You can even do this for yourself, tbh!

Your stuffie has been on a journey, so give them a few rubs and a couples of hugs to wake them up.

If you capture the moment on video or photo, we’d love to see it. We will never share a picture of you unless you ask us to. If you put it on your social media, we’d love it if you’d tag us at @secondsnugglesvt or #SnuggleSpa. Reunion photos genuinely make our day. 🌟

The Video

Your stuffie might be famous

With your permission, your stuffie’s restoration journey may be featured in a video on our TikTok or Instagram. These videos are how we share the magic of what happens at the Snuggle Spa and they’ve been known to make a few people cry (the good kind).

If you’ve given permission, we’ll do our best to let you know when your video is posted, though it may be up to a month after your stuffie returns home. Keep an eye on our social media or watch for a message from us.

✦  Permission is always asked during consultation. Your stuffie is never featured without your knowledge and consent and your name is never shared.

Keeping them fresh

A little at-home care goes a long way

Your stuffie left the Spa fresh, clean, and fluffy. Here are a few easy ways to keep them that way between spa visits:

Lint roller
A quick roll every now and then keeps dust, pet hair, and fuzz at bay without any effort.
🐾
Slicker brush or soft bristle brush
Gently brushing their fur keeps it from matting and brings back that freshly-fluffed look. A slicker brush (like you’d use for a pet) works wonderfully on longer fur.

Spot cleaning
For small messes, a little diluted soap and a damp cloth works well for most stuffies. Dab, don’t rub, and let them air dry fully before snuggling.
